We can arrange all your furniture to be tailor made specifically to your design, getting exactly what you are wanting at a fraction of retail prices back home. Our experienced team of staff will keep you in constant contact by emailing or whats app photos of how your order is progressing. We can source all items that are made in Indonesia, ranging from wooden furniture, outdoor synthetic rattan furniture, building supplies, water features, stone statues, outdoor decking, tiles for pool and indoor, all soft furnishings, sofas, pillows, curtains, blinds, wooden blinds and shutters. We start with a morning pickup from your hotel in our air conditioned and spacious vehicle and transport you to our pre-prepared list of suppliers. These suppliers will have been chosen specifically to match your needs based on your briefing before your arrival. A typical day will be seven-eight hours on the road visiting suppliers.
Once we have done all the buying, our team will input all supplier invoices into a very detailed document giving a photo, sizes, material colours, etc and calculating the cubic meters.
Payment is then requested and a 50% deposit of the invoice total is transferred, allowing us to pay all suppliers. Balance is then requested approximately two weeks prior to shipping, so we can pay and start collecting the goods.
Our quality control team then monitors production and we are in constant contact through photographs of your items as they progress, keeping you up to date and informed. We also provide a tagging service so that all items are coded and tagged, making identification against your packing list and invoice simple and effective. All outside box packaging is also well labelled for identification at your end.
We then get our cargo agents to start pickups and packing the goods. On loading day, there is always a representative from our company there to oversee the handling of your goods.
Once the goods have been loaded onto the container, we will advise you a delivery schedule date to your nearest port. You will need to employ a customs broker who can process the arrival of your container. All necessary export documentation, fumigation, etcetera will be handled by the cargo company and the documents will be couriered to your broker. Cargo in Bali, pickup and packing, and sea freight is not included in our fees and we will quote you these costs separately.
